About the Instructor

Samantha began dancing at the age of seven. She is classically trained in ballet and modern dance. She has studied dance under Kerry Ring and Lisa Taylor. Samantha was one of only thirty-five students from across New York State selected to attend the New York State Summer School for the Arts School of Dance in 2006 and 2007. At NYSSSA, she had the opportunity to study in the National Museum of Dance and at Skidmore College with Carolyn Adams, Julie Strandberg, Robert Battle, Erika Pujic, Deborah Friedes and Debra Fernandez. She currently attends the University at Buffalo as an Exercise Science and Nutrition major and is pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy. She has a passion for dance and her vision is to bring a positive dance experience to kids of all backgrounds.
